Neelam Muneer and Sami Khan to star in Wrong No. 2 Pakistani Movie
After the success of Yasir Nawaz’s romantic comedy Wrong No. (2015) that featured Danish Taimoor and Sohai Ali Abro in lead roles, Yasir Nawaz the director and actor recently announced a sequel to the film. Titled Wrong No. 2, it will reportedly star Neelum Muneer, who made her cinematic debut with Chupan Chupai last year, alongside Sami Khan.
Sami Khan confirmed the news in a recent interview that he will be playing the lead role. Khan also shared that after working with Yasir Nawaz in drama serial Khudgarz, in which he played an anti-hero, he just couldn’t say no to the offer, which allows him to do a bit of comedy and romance.
According to Sami Khan, Neelam is a very good actor and that he is excited to work with a team that has given a number of hit projects in the past.
Apart from Sami Khan and Neelam Muneer, the cast includes veteran actors Jawed Sheikh, Mehmood Aslam, Nayyar Ejaz and Danish Nawaz among others.
The script is done and the film’s shoot will start later this year. Wrong No. will release in 2019 after Eid.
